please note that housing depends on blood status now, and not money. pure bloods are allowed manor houses in a luxurious state, as respect for their blood line. half bloods will be expected to live within houses of a less luxurious state, but aren't the worst kept housing out there. muggle born witches and wizards will live in apartments that aren't very well looked after by the ministry, or their landlords, who suck, as a mark of their blood.
